The business was started by Duncan Clark who has bags of experience (nearly 12 years) in supporting the Scottish Manufacturing & Engineering industry. His strengths are in getting to know your businesses specialisms, understanding it's demands and finding the people that can, not only compliment but add real value to your business.

 

A few words from Duncan:

 

I have worked in recruitment for the past nearly 12 years, partnering large global organisations and small businesses (and everything else in between!). I have a real passion for the industry and I am in constant contact with new trends and demands. Genuinely, there isn't much I can't get my head around. I feel that businesses use recruitment partners to find that person that wouldn't have otherwise applied, someone a bit special. I enjoy the challenge of this, that in turn is good for my relationships with both clients and candidates. They know I set the bar high!
